Last updated
This notice covers the incase.me website only. The InCase app is not yet available and will have its own privacy policy when it launches.
What this site does
- It is a static website: plain pages served as files.
- It sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
- It has one form: the early access waitlist. There are no accounts.
The waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we store:
- your name and email address;
- the optional message, if you write one;
- your approximate country, as detected by our hosting provider, Cloudflare;
- your browser's user-agent string (the browser and operating system it reports).
We use this only to let you know when InCase launches. It is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else. If you join again with the same email address, your existing entry is updated rather than duplicated.
To have your entry deleted, reply to any email we send you and ask. We will remove it.
Third parties
The site is served by Cloudflare, which, like any web server, may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type in its logs to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives a standard web request from your browser when a page loads.
Changes
If this changes, for example when the app launches, we will update this page and the date above.
